Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders once they have been processed and confirmed.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the customizations and specifications for your item(s). It is your responsibility to carefully review this information for accuracy, including design choices, sizing, colors, and any other customization requests.

Cancellations or changes to custom orders are not permitted once production has begun. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

In the rare event that your custom item is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a repair, replacement, or store credit. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, to help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
