Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders once they have been processed and confirmed.

We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a repair, replacement, or store credit. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, to help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
